• Addressed pypackaging-native/pkgconf-pypi#105 review feedback
• Reviewed and merged python/cpython#146122

Next Week

Continuing from last week:

• Document the technical aspects of FFY00/dynamic-library
• Add text to PEP 739 specifying what happens on conflicts

Some other lower priority work I'd like to pick back up the next couple weeks:

• Merge the "freezing encodings" change back into CPython
• Finish scipy/scipy#24064
